Values Transformation Training (VTT) for development catalysts of Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) in Daguma Province on March 10-12,2019 at Kangkong Islamic institute Inc. Brgy.Kangkong,Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat.

Facilitators were municipal and barangay political committee chairpersons led by Victor Mopak Prov.Chairman of Daguma Prov. under the Central Mindanao Region of BDA.
