Sharing updates on BOL, BDA meets SMART Communication

 As development wing of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), the Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) is among the key actors expected to become source of information and updates about the recently signed Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL).

In doing so, Mohammad S. Yacob, BDA executive director has met with one of its partner, the SMART Communications on August 5, 2018 in Manila to discuss about the BOL.

Dir. Yacob said that SMART requested a meeting to get updates on the BOL, which the BDA has responded accordingly.

Also in the meeting is sharing of development about the mobile application for Tahderiyyah (kindergarten) Curriculum that is currently being carried out by SMART.

“The Tahderiyyah Mobile App is one of agreed actions of BDA and SMART during the signing of the two for partnership on March 2017”, Yacob disclosed.

Tahderiyyah is a curriculum developed by Tarbiyyah Committee of the MILF, which the BDA has introduced to hundreds of Madrasah (Islamic schools) in the CAAM during the implementation of the program named after the curriculum. It intends to cater the culture-sensitive education needs of the Bangsamoro children.
